We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in a beautiful little square was perfect for exploring this city. We loved the fact that it was close to all the tourist attractions. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of the city, close to the Douro river and metro stations São Bento and Trindade. The location was perfect as I could easily explore the city and even sit and work during the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was perfect without any negative aspects.
We loved the incredible location of the hotel, being within walking distance of all the main sites and just up the hill from the riverside. The hotel is also conveniently located down a pedestrian-only street from the historic train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with fantastic local restaurant recommendations. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also delicious and varied, making for a great start to our day of exploring.
