As I set foot in Maxime Hotel, my eyes were immediately drawn to the intricate chandeliers that adorned the lobby. Each individual piece illuminated the space, much like how the Praca do Comercio lights up Lisbon's bustling streets. Just as the square boasts a rich history, the hotel too is steeped in tradition, which can be seen in the vintage furnishings that have been thoughtfully preserved throughout the property.
Stepping into my room, I was greeted with a view of Lisbon Cathedral and its imposing spires that seemed to be calling out to me. In the same way, Maxime Hotel beckons guests to experience the city and all it has to offer. Whether it's strolling down Liberty Avenue just a stone's throw away or admiring the grandeur of the Arco do Triunfo, everything lies at your fingertips when staying at this central location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just across from a quiet park and close to all the nice shops. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice bar and a garden room where we could relax in the evening. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.
