We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and inside a busy train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean bathroom areas, plenty of space to relax, and a well-equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was great, offering a variety of options including juice, coffee, cereal, breads. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and being experts on the city. We felt secure with key cards for our room and lockers, and enjoyed the unique and open atmosphere of the common area.

The hotel's location close to so many neighborhoods, the castle of São Jorge, and the airport bus station was excellent. Transportation was convenient as it was just in the train station. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple but adequate.
