I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better as it is right next to the metro station and is situated in the Baixa, between Ferreira and Rossio Plazas. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff were beyond helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and my room was modern, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, breakfast, and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

The hotel’s central location made it easy for me to explore the tourist attractions of this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a warm olá. The room on the zen floor had a calming vibe, especially with the balcony and lovely view. The restaurant offered wonderful food, with the standout dish being ‘the Bastardo’ - a delicious combination of steak, egg, and chips in a sauce.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a variety of options, including freshly made omelettes or pancakes. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel also had great facilities and was conveniently situated near transportation options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff, especially Dalia and Miguel, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations that made my trip extra special.
