Cleanliness, parking, location, and staff were fantastic.
Couldn't stay longer.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right off the Giraldo square, in the center of town, was perfect for exploring all the attractions. The hotel was close to the cathedral, allowing us to easily visit this beautiful landmark. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were impressive, with spacious rooms and a lovely bathtub, which was a luxury after weeks of traveling. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a simple espresso machine providing decent coffee. The staff were pleasant and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right off the Giraldo square, in the centre of town, which was great for visiting virtually any part of the city and for resting in between. It was incredibly convenient to everything with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were also wonderful, providing a warm and attentive welcome. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable.
Could not be improved in any way.
The hotel's location in the heart of the old city was perfect, situated on the tourist street and in a pedestrian zone. Plus, having pre-booked parking just 200 meters away was very convenient, especially next to the cathedral.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
