I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across the beach and just a short walk from downtown. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the marina and the beautiful Monte Brasil. The room itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with two Juliet balconies and all the amenities I needed. The AC/heat worked well, there was plenty of hot water and the pressure was great. I appreciated having a tea kettle and fridge in the room. The breakfast buffet was consistently good, with a decent variety of options. The staff was also very polite and helpful. I had a fantastic experience and the rate for my week-long stay was excellent.

The hotel had the most comfortable bed we had in Azores and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was perfect, with beautiful streets filled with nice restaurants and shops.

Absolutely nothing.
The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, facing the ocean and the beach directly. It couldn't have been any better. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, right on the harbor and in the middle of the old town. This made it easy for me to explore all of the city and discover its charm. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and willing to assist with a wide variety of needs. They even went above and beyond by teaching me a little Portuguese to help me get by. Lastly, the breakfast provided was ample and delicious, giving me the energy I needed for a day of adventures.
Can't fault the property in any way.
