As I wandered the streets of Cascais, I stumbled upon the Hotel Baia and was immediately struck by its proximity to the historic heart of the city. The Centro Historico de Cascais was just steps away, its cobbled lanes winding past charming shops and restaurants. The Estatua de D.Pedro I and Monumento aos Descobrimentos Portugueses stood tall and proud nearby, reminders of the city's rich history and culture. It was clear that Hotel Baia was the perfect place to immerse oneself in the atmosphere of this vibrant coastal town.
One of the highlights of my stay at Hotel Baia was the opportunity to explore the Grutas do Poco Velho just a short distance from the hotel. This network of ancient caves and tunnels was a fascinating glimpse into the geological history of the region, full of mysterious twists and turns. It was easy to imagine the adventures of the explorers who had once mapped these underground passages, and I felt grateful to be in such close proximity to this unique natural wonder.
Finally, one of the most memorable experiences of my stay at Hotel Baia was the chance to visit the Fortress of Our Lady of Light and Ribeira Beach Cascais. From the imposing walls of the fortress, I looked out over the sparkling turquoise waters of the Atlantic, feeling the salty breeze blowing through my hair. Down below, Ribeira Beach Cascais was a hive of activity, with surfers riding the waves and sunbathers soaking up the warm Portuguese sun. It was clear that Hotel Baia was the perfect vantage point from which to experience all the wonders of Cascais and its many landmarks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops. The hotel had a great rooftop sun terrace with a pool, offering a stunning view over the bay. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location in the city center and in front of the sea was unbeatable. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop bar and pool, provided stunning views of the beach and harbor. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was fairly good. The staff, particularly at the rooftop bar, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a great selection of hot foods, pastries, juices, cereals, and yoghurts.
Hard to think of anything. The only minor downside was the occasional noise from nearby bars and late-night bin collection.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a perfect location, overlooking the beach and marina. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel offered convenient parking for our rental car, and the transportation options were excellent, with the train and bus station just a few minutes' walk away. The views of the sea and the city from our room were simply breathtaking. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of hot and cold items to choose from.
