The staff here were fantastic, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From the accommodating spa staff to the helpful guest services team, I felt well taken care of. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the live piano music created a pleasant ambiance. The hotel's swimming pool facilities were also a highlight, with a relaxing atmosphere and minimal crowds. The location was convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the old city center via good transportation links.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, from the check-in with Nasser to the front desk staff. They made us feel welcome and engaged with us throughout our stay. The room was fantastic, and we really appreciated the free upgrade. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Soul Garden, which had a beautiful decoration and a pleasant ambience. We enjoyed spending time there and trying the delicious food. The spa was also very relaxing and added to our overall experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with a train and bus station close by, making it easy to explore the city. There were taxis available right outside the hotel for convenient airport transfers. The breakfast selection was good, and they even provided gluten-free options. The hotel really made our stay memorable, especially as we were celebrating my husband's birthday.
